About This Event
Mental Health is just as important as physical health. It affects how we think, feel, and act. Taking care of our mental health is essential for our overall well-being. Join us as we provide you with resources and tools to care for your mental well-being and activities that can improve overall health when incorporated into daily routines.
Please join us at one of the three campuses (South, Central, or North) May 16th - 18th from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm as we connect our minds and bodies towards spreading mental health awareness with techniques to manage overall well-being.
This event takes place on the South Campus Building 68 Breezeway (May 16th), Central Campus Building 19 Patio (May 17th), and North Campus Student Building 46 Student Life Patio (May 18th).
