The Associate of Science (AS) in Health Information Technology program prepares students for employment in the health information management field by providing them with the knowledge and skills to become certified as Registered Health Information Technicians (RHIT), and AAPC and/or AHIMA coders as well. The information session is designed to set program expectations and equip prospective students with the knowledge necessary to apply to the program.
