Bridge the gap between your education, experience, and real career opportunities with the UKC Ready Human Capital Management (HCM) - Time and Labor Management certification.
Learn the ins and outs of implementing HCM software via structured learning and hands-on instruction. This certification will prepare you to enter the workforce and qualify you for a number of roles at UKG, with our partner companies, and within the Human Resources Industry.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Enrolled in the Business Pathway, IT/CS Pathway, or related field of study
2. Available for in-person instruction on Fridays, 8:30-5:30 for Session 1
3. Strong interest in the HCM, HR, or Tech industry
