About This Event
Can you relax and re-energize at the same time? Join us for an hour of mindful practices to help you feel less stressed and more refreshed. Come stretch and relax with us. Special Guests include Dr. Lisa Elsinger and Primrose Humphries.
While yoga mats are encouraged, long towels can also be used.
Open to BC students and staff.
Light refreshments will be served. Plus bring home a relaxation kit.
If one guest is not able to attend the event due to an emergency, the other guest will facilitate the activities.
