"Born a Crime" College Read

Trevor Noah's insightful memoir "Born a Crime" recounts his perilous childhood under South Africa's apartheid rule. Professor HamerSmall will facilitate a "lunch and learn" discussion session that will explore anecdotes from the book in order to better understand the social, personal, and political impacts of Apartheid rule in South Africa, as well as the Jim Crow era in the U.S.
