The Broward College Big Band is a college-based and community jazz ensemble. They draw inspiration from the swing, funk, and blues genres. We perform classics by legendary composers such as Joe Henderson, Count Basie, and John Fedchock.

The band is comprised of BC's most talented students and Broward County's best community members. They perform sold-out shows regularly at Bailey Hall and serve their community playing many local concerts. The BC Big Band is teaching the next generation of great jazz artists as well as providing a community service essential to Broward County.
